TERMINAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE:
Application of knowledge, skills and attitude in providing quality nursing care among students, faculty and administrative personnel in the school setting utilizing both nursing and teaching process with emphasis of health promotion, maintenance and disease prevention.
ENABLING OBJECTIVES:
At the end of 24 hours duty, i may be able to:
1.Participate in the pre and post conferences actively.
2.Render initial nursing care by taking up the vital signs accurately.
3.Carry out Clinical instructor's order effectively.
4.Establish therapuetic communication when interacting with the client.
5.Establish rapport with client.
6.Monitor and record vital signs correctly.
7.Evaluate performance of the day objectively.
